I'm here to help you deepen your connection with Spirit, yourself, and others. I believe that our primary responsibility, as spiritual beings, is to clear and heal our internal conflicts, stresses, and struggles to be an open channel for love in the world.
Howard Thurman may have said it best:
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Bio
I am a Kansas City native who recently relocated to Kansas City after 10 years in San Francisco. A deep sense of spiritual connection began at an early age, accompanied by a lot of questions. A traumatic illness during adolescence created a deeper spiritual awakening in me and set me on the path toward spiritual leadership. I learned to ease my own fears and discomforts, unafraid of the messy and unknown parts of life.
Twenty years, a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and seven years as a Spiritual Director later, I am fully prepared to accompany others on their spiritual journey. My approach is bold, innovative, honest and “better than therapy” according to my current clients.
